Consumer Services - Public Complaints

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission now offers the Public more options for filing complaints. You can now file complaints by filing electronically and submitting it over the internet.
Sometimes there is a question as to which agency the complaint should be filed. To provide
assistance to the public we offer a "State Agency Jurisdictional Guide" for filing complaints. This
guide provides information on each agency's areas of responsibility.

To file electronically, select the type of complaint you wish to file from the list below. Provide the complaint information on the email form that pops up, send the email, and it will be directed to the proper person at the Commission to address your complaint.
