The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is scheduled to conduct a hearing and possibly vote on an alternative regulation transition plan for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co.

The schedule calls for the Commission to hear testimony from witnesses and allow for public comment. Several potential developments could affect the length of the proceedings and even continue it into Tue., including the possibility that a proposed stipulated agreement among Bell, the Commission, the AG and other interested telecommunication parties might be presented for consideration and vote.
