City) The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is expected to act on the contempt
matter involving ONEOK, Inc. tomorrow (8-1-01) at 9:30 A.M. in the
Commissioners Courtroom (301) of the Jim Thorpe Building.
At
issue is the recommendation of an OCC Administrative Law Judge that ONEOK and
its subsidiaries be held in contempt for not complying with a Commission order
requesting certain documents related to gas sales made last winter. The ALJ has
recommended fines totaling 2 thousand dollars a day to be levied as of May 8,
2001.
