MEDIA ADVISORY – PROPOSED
ONG SETTLEMENT STATUS
The
Oklahoma Corporation Commission has concluded its hearing on the proposed ONG
rate settlement. The Commissioners agreed to take the matter under advisement
in order to conduct a through review of all the evidence and testimony in the
case.
At
this time, it is not known when the Commissioners will vote on the matter.
