MEDIA ADVISORY – PROPOSED ONG SETTLEMENT

The Corporation Commission will hold a hearing tomorrow (Wed. 01-07-03) on the proposed ONG rate settlement. There is no way of knowing at this time whether the Commissioners will vote on the settlement at the end of the hearing, or take the matter under advisement.

The hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. in Room 301 (main Commission courtroom) on the third floor of the Jim Thorpe Building (2101 North Lincoln).
