Most Oklahoma Small Businesses. Eligible participants include businesses with up to 200 employees or gross annual receipts of less than $4 million. Industrial parks certified by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce are also eligible.

How Much Money Is Available:
Up to $1 million for small businesses. Up to $6 million for industrial parks.

What Can Be Done With The Money:
Small business linked deposit loans are made exclusively to create new jobs or preserve existing jobs and employment opportunities.

What Is The Interest Rate:
Loan interest rates are reduced by up to three percent.

* Contact your local loan officer. He or she may already know about the program and have the application forms waiting. If not, contact us. We will send you what you need.

* Complete the simple application form and provide the business information required by your financial institution.

* Send us your application. We will process it as quickly as possible and let you know whether you are approved.

* If approved, the Treasurer will make a linked deposit with your financial institution. By accepting a lower interest payment on the deposit, the discount is passed along to you with lower interest on your load.

* Your initial loan can last for up to two years with renewal options for up to six more years. Approval is subject to availability of funds established by statute.
