NOTICE
Effective July 1, 2006, Oklahoma IFTA decals will cost the
 Licensee  $2.00 per vehicle per decal set.
This change is pursuant to OCC Rule 165:5-3-1 (b)(2)(v).


 

FMSA Online Registration and Compliance Assistant

 The new Online Registration and Compliance Assistant replaces the “Who Must Comply” tool and clarifies which regulations a company must adhere to, guides them towards a decision on whether they need to register with the Agency, and also tells customers which forms they need to complete.

Annual Overweight and Overaxle permits
 for a 5% or a 15% variance are available depending upon the type of vehicle(s) or the type of commodity to be transported (47 O.S. 14-109).  The permit fee is one hundred dollars ($100.00) per vehicle and is available from :
