HARVEST PERMITS

An Oklahoma Trucking One Stop Shop Harvest Permit is valid for commercial vehicle registration, fuel permit and intrastate operating authority for any person transporting farm products in a raw state in Oklahoma.
To obtain a harvest permit, the motor carrier (operator of the commercial motor vehicle) must make application utilizing the Trucking One Stop Shop Harvest Permit Application (TOSS 1).
The harvest permit can be obtained for either 30 days or 60 days, and the motor carrier may request a permit be extended in 15-day increments.
The TOSS 1 application is available on-line http://www.occeweb.com or by mail, email or fax. The TOSS 1 application forms are being distributed to other locations (such as co-ops and tag agents) for ease in obtaining an application
The cost for a harvest permit is $20 per axle for a 30-day permit or $35 per axle for a 60-day permit. 15-day extensions are available at $8.75 per axle.
The completed TOSS 1 application must be submitted to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission with a copy of each vehicle’s proof of liability insurance or a Form E for the motor carrier. The insurance must be valid for the entire length of the permit.
