 permits for a 5% or a 15% variance are
 available depending upon the type of
 vehicle(s) or the type of commodity to be transported (47 O.S. 14-109).  The permit fee is one hundred dollars ($100.00) per vehicle and is available from :

FMSA Online Registration and Compliance Assistant

Figuring out whether a business needs a USDOT Number or Interstate Operating Authority and understanding the registration process is about to get a whole lot easier.
 

 The new Online Registration and Compliance Assistant replaces the “Who Must Comply” tool and clarifies which regulations a company must adhere to, guides them towards a decision on whether they need to register with the Agency, and also tells customers which forms they need to complete.
