MANUAL REGISTRATION (Expected time for registration is 3-4 weeks)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:                                                  

  • All carriers operating under UCR in 2007 and/or 2008 but did not register, must pay 2007 and/or 2008 fees in addition to 2009 UCR fees.
  • USDOT Information must be current.  Click here for updating MCS-150.     
  • Florida Carriers:  Florida carriers are authorized to use Oklahoma as a UCR base state. (Annual Notice)
  • Missouri Carriers:  Oklahoma can NOT be utilized as a UCR base state.
  • 2008 National enforcement is ongoing.  2009 National enforcement begins January 1, 2009.
  • Beginning registration year 2009 all Interstate Trash Haulers operating commercial motor vehicles are subject to the UCR Regulation and must register for the 2009 UCR.
