How often will the Images be updated?
- As often as possible, currently every week, but eventually every day.
How do I make "pick a program" my default TIFF viewer?
Save a Tiff to your desktop, Right Click, Choose "Open With",
Select the Program to open Tiff Images and then Check always use this software to open this item.

When I bring up an Image I get an error about Bad Image.
This may be resolved with using a different Tiff Viewer, see this page for recommended viewers.
When I bring up an Image only half(or less) of the image displays, the rest is black.
Some Tiff viewers do not display the Tiff Correctly, and will remove half of the page or show it as a Black page.

See the list of recommended viewers for more information.

Known Bad Viewers:

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer with XP has the Issue.
Imagistik has the Issue.

It also possible the image was not scanned correctly, we will develop a method to fix these in the future.

When I search, I do not get any images.
We are updating examples for searching, try different variations on the search, instead of typing a 2 enter a 02,
or instead of N1E4 enter N01E04.  You may also want to try a basic search of the first few letters of a name instead
of the "who" name (Example: Jo instead of Johnathon).

Is this All of the Corporation Commission images?
No, in some cases they are held for Homeland security reasons, in other cases they have not been scanned.  This is a test system, we will add images daily.  A list of dates will be placed on the website soon.

How do I save the Images to my Computer?
Right Click the image ID, Choose save as and save to your PC.
I do a search and nothing happens, what am I supposed to see?
Scroll down in your browser, the results are listed under the search button.
What Date ranges do you have for the images?
A general list of known date ranges are HERE.  There may be the occasional image which was not scanned within these ranges.  If the date range lists "some" it would indicate that the images were not consistent enough to guarantee the date range.
